If you request a virtual number and do not receive the SMS verification code, your account balance will not be deducted. You can safely cancel the number request and try a different one at no cost.
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, top-ups and account balance additions are generally non-refundable once the funds have been successfully added to your account and partially used.
Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as double billing or prolonged service unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
